Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method used. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Product Use
Our products are intended for external use only. Please review ingredients carefully before use, especially if you have known allergies or sensitive skin, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Returns & Shipping
All orders are subject to our Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, available on our website.

Cancellations & Refunds
Where an order is cancelled or returned, refunds are calculated by payment method: orders paid online in full are refunded less a 2% charge covering payment gateway fees; on Partial COD orders the deposit and COD fee paid at checkout are non-refundable; on Cash on Delivery orders no such charge applies. Limitation of Liability
WOODOO is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
