Shipping Policy

At WOODOO, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 4-5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping & Payment Charges
What you pay depends on how you choose to pay at checkout:

Pay online in full — flat ₹40 shipping, and an extra 3% off your order for paying online.
Partial COD — a ₹50 COD fee plus a small advance is paid online when you place the order; the balance is collected on delivery.
Cash on Delivery — a ₹75 COD fee is added to your order and everything is collected on delivery.

Every charge is shown to you at checkout before you confirm the order.

Order Tracking
A tracking link will be shared via email/SMS once your order is dispatched, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If it appears damaged, follow the unboxing video instructions on the package sticker to remain eligible for a claim, as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.
